  • The post must be Public.
  • Extension is offered only once per chair.
  • Blacklyte Warranty excludes:
    Wear and tear of PVC leather/linen fabric, including but not limited to cuts, scratches, or damage caused by accident, abuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
    Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product;
    Damages caused by modifying or altering the product without the written permission from Blacklyte;
    Assembly damages resulting from not following the instructions in the manual.
  • Blacklyte has absolute discretion to change the parameters of the warranty extension program at any time. Blacklyte’s decisions on all aspects of this program are final and binding.
